Today, March 8th marks the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day and **[LearnVest Daily](http://www.learnvest.com/)** has decided to honor women with a blogpost called ***Wise Money Advice For Women Over 50 ***which focuses on women and financial literacy.  They asked women age 50+ a most important question - [***What would you tell your 20-year-old self about money if you had the chance?***](http://www.learnvest.com/living-frugally/psychology-of-money/wise-money-advice-from-women-over-50-293/?utm_source=email&utm_medium=lvdaily&utm_campaign=title)***

On the **[DailyWorth blog](http://www.dailyworth.com)**, M.P. Dunleavy wrote a piece where she shares the updated report from the Commission on the Status of Women - **[Women in America: Indicators of Social and Economic Well-Being](http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/Women_in_America.pdf) **. Dunleavy reveals that when looking at education and earning power - women have made strides - but she puts the spotlight on the fact that women still are in lower paying jobs than men.
